We match the brief to a named maker whose craft and capacity fit, and are upfront about what can and cannot be made.

Quote & timeline
You get a written quote and a production window tied to real materials and maker capacity. Prices and lead times are [待确认] until then.
- Step 4
Sample & production
For custom pieces we agree a sample or spec, then produce. Deposits and payments are arranged directly — no payment is taken on this website.
- Step 5
Delivery & aftercare
We agree packing, shipping and care, and stay reachable for aftercare. Cross-border terms follow the agreed quote.
Gifting & corporate
Small gifting runs, gift notes and multi-address delivery can be arranged. Minimum quantities and pricing are [待确认] and quoted per brief.
